Here it is: Mike McCarthey's foolproof game plan:

When an offensive lineman is getting his [expletive] handed to him by a great defensive end, don't change anything. Keep it a 1 on 1 matchup and let the rookie get roasted the whole game. Don't provide any help, and keep allowing your QB that suffered a concussion last week to keep getting hit.

Just keep it in the spread the whole game even though it CLEARLY isn't working. Don't settle down and try to run the ball.

Don't go to the GM and say you need to make some moves because you are missing a running back, linebackers, defensive tackles, corners, and safeties. Just keep playing the practice squad every week, gotta win eventually!

Don't send any blitzes(this lands more on Kapers). Your best pass rusher and the great defense of last year is sitting on the side line. Give Chad Henne all day to throw and you will win.

NEVER ice the kicker. Two weeks in a row in OT, game winning FG opportunities. Don't even bother icing the kicker, that never works, so why bother. Besides, Mike needs to get back into the locker room and eat some more food, he is starving. Too much of a wait between half time and the end.
