Phightins
The Cubs are disgracefully bad. This is a joke. Just get off the field and forfeit if you're going to do this [expletive]. Edited August 22, 2010 by Phightins

Phightins
Their bullpen or Alfonso Soriano? The whole team. And that last play that allowed for the 9th run is inexcusable. Shows where their heads are.

Teletopez
When Teixeira was intentionally walked, I called a Cano grand slam (then again, a bunch of others probably did as well since A-Rod has GS'd twice this year after a Tex IBB). When the first pitch to Cano was on the way, I knew that was a pitch he could crush, and he ended up driving it into the seats.
Cobb
I really want to take Moylan into a barn and shoot him. Edited August 22, 2010 by Cobb
Phightins
Or give him to the Phillies. The Braves turn out good RPs from their system every single year like they are running a factory, while the Phillies basically pick up trash from the scrap heaps. Cobb
and people thought Infante wasn't worthy of being an All-Star. :glasses:

bigdog17k
Joe West is the worst umpire in baseball. Shame to the game.
Phightins
Joe West is the worst umpire in baseball. Shame to the game. Major League Baseball should have forced retirement on him years ago. He is a disgrace to baseball.

bigdog17k
Major League Baseball should have forced retirement on him years ago. He is a disgrace to baseball. I know Hawk is a bit of a homer and all, but West has it out for the Sox. I believe that. Because every time we meet up with his crew we get unfair calls, and when he's behind the plate for the opposing team he sets them up with a tee because everything isn't a strike unless it's right down the middle. Not to mention he never checks with the first/third base ump on check swings, he always will call us out. I'm surprised there was no altercation between Ozzie and him in today's game. It's just a shame, and you hit it right on the head with how he's a disgrace.

Phightins
The Nationals are no help. What do you mean? Their [expletive]ty bullpen (along with the Dodgers, Cubs, and Astros) is the reason the Braves are still in first place.
Lone Wolf
Good to see that Baker pitched well. The Twins pitching has been atrocious as of late..
