The latest sighting of the couple took place at a hookah hot spot in St. Louis where Shaq was allegedly overheard proposing to Hoopz! Of course, she reportedly said "yes." The owner of the hookah bar confirmed that he heard Shaquille O' Neal propose and give a ring to his sweetheart, Hoopz aka Nicole Nikki Alexander. So, who is this Hoopz and how did she snag basketball celebrity Shaq? Nicole Nikki Alexander was a reality contestant on Flavor of Love and I love Money on VH1. In Flavor of love, she actually won the competition and accepted Flavor flav's gold teeth. However, by the time the reunion show came on, their relationship had ended. On I Love Money, she didn't do so well but it certainly brought more exposure for herself.
