SRV Posted August 27, 2010 Report Share Posted August 27, 2010 (edited) I just downloaded Microsoft Office 2010 pro, and I pinned word, excel, powerpoint, and one note to my taskbar. I turned off my computer, and turned it on later, and my powerpoint icon was gone, its still on the taskbar, but its just a white window with a box inside, but all the other icons have the correct picture. Right-click and send it to your desktop and see if you have the icon. If so, drag it down to the taskbar from the desktop. If you don't have the icon on the desktop after you "send" it, it's missing from your computer, somehow. Maybe because it's a download and not directly from the CD, and I'm turning you in to the FBI.
