Anyone see this guy? Dude is an amazing receiver. I've actually watched him practice, because...

Receiver Duron Carter, a starter for Ohio State in 2009 as a freshman, has enrolled at Coffeyville Community College in Kansas with intentions on improving his academic standing.

Carter, who had 13 receptions for 179 yards last season, missed the Buckeyes' 26-17 win over Oregon in the Rose Bowl after being ruled academically ineligible. Coach Jim Tressel announced his departure Monday.

Carter, the son of ESPN NFL analyst Cris Carter, also missed spring practice.

Ohio State finished the season ranked fifth.

The Buckeyes said Monday that defensive end Keith Wells also has left the team and won't play in 2010. Wells redshirted in 2009 after seeing limited action as a freshman in 2008.

I also had no idea he was Cris Carter's son.

Would be sick to see him play here for a while and eventually go to the NFL, just like Brandon Jacobs. :)

He's ok. I saw him play at St. Thomas Aquinas and he was alright. He was gonna be around 4th of 5th on their depth chart this year at OSU*. He got kicked out because he stopped going to class.

You mean because of his grades, right? Otherwise, I don't see how.

They have better WR's than him. Posey, Sanzenbacker and the TE Stoneburner are their top options on offense. Taurian Washington will step in for them and they won't miss a beat. Carter is a good player, but far from great.

Cris Carter is in Coffeyville for tonight's game, plans on watching Duron play every game of the year. My girlfriend works at the front desk at the hotel he's staying at, and she had no idea who he was all day today, and they talked about 5-6 times.

Sickkkkk.
