SRV
I just made a CD of some songs I bought on Itunes and then I tried to play the CD in the car and it didn't work. Is it that I can't play burned CD's in the car? Or is my cars CD player really bad? I have a Nissan Altima GXE from 2001
Flash
It's most likely the CD.
SRV
I think my cd player is just too old to recognize any burned CD's...I put in a normal CD and it played, but every burned CD doesn't play.

Do you have an iPod? Because if then I'd just buy one of those things you plug into the cars lighter thing and you can control your iPod from there. Lkr
are they RWs? Most likely your car is too old to play mp3 files
Riot
Yeah it's probably a CD-RW, you want CD-R's. Happened to me years ago too. CD-R's are cheaper too I think.
Guru
In your iTunes, make sure you are burning an audio CD and not a mp3 CD.
