Dash
With the myth the man the legend JEFFEREY VAN GUNDY JVG - ridiculously poor offenseAdelman - ridiculously poor defense Pick your poison. Only coach that remotely interests me right now is Tyrone Corbin.
ChosenOne
Raptors: 4-9Rockets: 3-9Sixers: 3-10 We are in striking distance of the second worst record in the NBA. Time to tank, this team is clearly going nowhere. lol nah man its WAY to early to start tanking. Built Ford Tough
So I'm not liking the win tonight. I can't help but get the feeling that Toronto is going to wind up finishing 10th in the East or something like that and wind up picking 12th overall, which would be absolutely awful. I do like to see guys play well, and tonight it looked like Bargnani, Kleiza and Johnson all played well, but I would like it a lot more if the team would manage to lose a close game down the stretch, like they were doing at the beginning of the season. I want Kyrie Irving on the Raptors so bad, but I get the feeling that won't be possible.

The only thing you have against you is that it works that way with most every team in the NBA...yet, a lot of teams in the league have at least an all-star player to lean on. headliner
I know Raptors fans want this team to tank but a win here and there isn't going to hurt the team in the very end. Raptors played an other bad team who is finding it difficult to win. I do believe come April the Raptors will have a top 5 pick. *Swish*
I actually got scared when I saw the Rockets catching up in the game and having a lead in the beginning of the 4th quarter but Raptors played really well and managed to win it by 10 over Houston 106-96. Bargnani finished with 26 points and 6 rebounds. Weems only with 13 this time. Martin finished with a season high of 31 points
headliner
It’s a good thing if the raptors are winning personally I can’t stand watching a team lose the whole season just to get the number one overall pick especially since we’ve seen the lottery not won by the worst team in the league in the past couple of seasons. It’s not worth purposely tanking because the lottery could go the raptors way even if they’re 9th or 10th in the eastern conference.

I don't care if they get the number 1 pick because this draft has 4 or 5 players that I genuinely want (Irving, Barnes, Jones, Kanter and maybe Knight depending on how he plays this year). If they finish with the worst record in the league, they can have the worst possible scenario happen in the lottery, which is move down 3 spots, and I would be completely fine with it because at least they would still get one of those 4 or 5 players. I don't want to see the team lose on purpose either. I don't want to see this team pull a New Jersey from last year. I want to see them play hard every night while the younger players show promise for the future, but find a way to lose down the strech. Is that too much to ask for? BasX
Don't forget about Selby, a guy Rivals had rated #1 coming into college.

I don’t know if you can have it both ways but I understand where your coming from for me I would love to see Demar just excel even if the team loses a lot. I want to see the offense run through him and his defense improve. Also like to watch the development of Davis which I can’t wait until he plays his first game. Built Ford Tough
Don't forget about Selby, a guy Rivals had rated #1 coming into college. You are right. I completely forgot about him with his elligibility issues and what not. I actually liked him more than Brandon Knight, but he has completely slipped my mind. The only problem I have with him is that he is even more of a combo guard than Knight is. You don't need a pure point guard anymore, but I would still prefer a point like Irving over a combo guard like Selby, even though the talent may not be that big of a difference. Call me old school, but I'll take the pure point anyday.
