Phightins
Happy to see Jodie Meeks starting over Evan Turner. Enough of playing the lineups that they are "supposed" to play. I am happy that they are finally giving minutes to the guys who deserve them. Now if only there was a way to get Spencer Hawes completely out of the lineup... Cobb
Talk about an ugly game for the Hawks.
Phightins
It is as if the Sixers are trying to lose. This is super disappointing. The first half was so encouraging. Find a way to win this one for Phil Jasner .
Phightins
This one stings. Normally, I haven't concerned myself with Sixers wins and losses this year, but I was really hoping they could pull this one out, especially with Phil Jasner passing away a couple hours ago. Absolute disaster of a game in a disaster of a season.
Owner Real Deal Posted December 4, 2010 Author Owner Report Share Posted December 4, 2010 I actually don't get the "Meeks over Turner" decision. He has only had a couple of good games this season (one being against the Heat, of course), but that doesn't mean you stick him in the five. The Sixers needed Turner for more than just 19 minutes this game. If Collins was so concerned about Turner's production in the five, and him needing the ball, they would go ahead and get rid of Iggy, like they've been rumored to do for the past two seasons. I think he was sending a message to Turner, who has been awful lately. In fact, I think the original plan was to start Nocioni, but for whatever reason Nocioni did not play at all tonight. I guess he got banged up in warmups or something, I haven't heard any updates. It was nice to see Turner play well off the bench though. Hawks Fly High
Why didnt Jordan Crawford even log 1 minute?
Cobb
Very impressive win tonight. With Josh Smith and Al Horford not shooting well, Marvin Williams really stepped up and had a big game. Also, give some props to Larry Drew for sticking with Zaza over a cold Smoove.
