Teletopez
It's a big disappointment when the Yankees fight back but still fall short. That was a great pitching duel until the top of the 7th inning. Gio was cruising through our order time and time again. Pettitte is looking solid, and he's been a second half pitcher in the past. It seems like it was just a rare, rough inning. Aceves also had a rare, rough outing, and that happens every now and then. But of course, you can't take effective pitching and hitting for granted. There will be games when things won't go well, and a winning streak ends at some point.
Teletopez
It takes some time in a game before Mitre can get that sinker to dive. He needs to have that sinker working from the start so our offense doesn't need to put up 7 runs in order to win. However, a great homestand and an amazing start to the second half.
