JYD
Pretty pumped for this game. It sure has been hyped up enough on Sports Center, and all around the tri-state area. I don't think the Knicks are going to win, as long as they don't get embarrassed I'll be happy. I expect a 112-107 type of final.
Cavamatic
With the Knicks as my second favorite team, I see them advancing there winning streak.
bloo
I dunno man.. the Knicks have been playing great basketball as of late. I wouldn't count them out. It's definitely gonna be a close game.. I see the Knicks closing out the 4th and taking the W. But hey, that's just me.
Erick Blasco
I wonder how seriously the Celtcs take the Knicks. If they come out energized and really intent on punishing New York, they could be up 32-17 to start the first quarter.
*Swish*
Going to be a crazy games. Both teams on a great winning streak! I think I'm going to be a bad fan and root for the Knicks tonight
Sħãlïq™
Shaq-Fu's Out. Go NYXX!!!
Erick Blasco
Real clever playcalling by the Knicks. Curling Stoudemire off a guard. Very nice offense. Then he hits a jumper.
Erick Blasco
Fields has to understand that Boston's trailers love to pull up in transition. Fields hits a three.
Erick Blasco
Chandler has really improved his three-point shooting. It's taken his game to another level.
Erick Blasco
Late rotation by Stoudemire. You can't have four guys above the three-point line in early offense.
Erick Blasco
Erden isn't quick enough to show and recover on New York's screen/game and Boston's defensive rotations are under a lot of pressure because of New York's three point shooting. Erick Blasco
Fields isn't just a good offensive rebounder, he's an exceptional offensive rebounder. Glen Davis---amazing job showing on Felton and staying with him on the drive. Then he defends Stoudemire well on a post up. Very nicely done.
*Swish*
Knicks playing GREAT defense so far. Amare on fire. Lets go Knicks! lets keep this winning streak going. Damn I sound like a banwagon
Erick Blasco
Knicks playing GREAT defense so far. Amare on fire. Lets go Knicks! lets keep this winning streak going. Damn I sound like a banwagon  Well, let's be frank. A miscue due to miscommunication between Rondo and Erden led to a turnover, KG just missed a dunk, Pierce has missed open jumpers, the Celtics have gotten some looks. Rondo just dropped a pass on the baseline. Boston isn't sharp at all.
Erick Blasco
Oh, that's a big time move by Amar'e.. It's not easy to outquick Davis along the baseline, take a hit, and still finish.
Erick Blasco
Paul Pierce, a big time post up, draws five Knicks, Stoudemire has to respect Pierce when he jumps to shoot, nice drop off pass to Davis who finishes strong. Erick Blasco
When Turiaf is in the game, it's easier for Boston to provide help. Chandler drove and attacked Pierce's front foot, the defense sucked in, and Chandler kicked it to Turiaf at the elbow. A different player and that's a three. With Turiaf, the Knicks have to go into a handoff/roll and the Celtics defend it well.
NomarFachix
Game's on national TV and we still get the play by play in here? Nice.
Erick Blasco
Rondo is what, 2-3 on long-range jumpers? If he can keep that up, look out as the season progresses.
Erick Blasco
Game's on national TV and we still get the play by play in here? Nice. Someone's going to need to take over when JVG get's a coaching job. Nobody wants to listen to Jon Barry and Tim Legler!
Erick Blasco
Davis' screen/roll defense is excellent. He played that play perfectly---Felton was lucky to come up with the deflection and complete the broken play.
Erick Blasco
Then Davis hustles his way out to the three-point line with a perfect closeout and Williams has to travel. Davis has changed the complexion of this game. Then a nice pass by Davis leading to an Allen layup.
misterx
Rondo is what, 2-3 on long-range jumpers? If he can keep that up, look out as the season progresses. yup
Erick Blasco
This is why you can't get too blown away or depressed when the Knicks go up by 10 points. The nature of their play will allow opponents back into the game if they stay patient. With Davis in, the Celtics have cut a 10-point lead to two.
