Â Lakers should be very happy seeing that they played bad on both sides of the ball and are only down by 9. Kobe and Gasol need to pick it up big next half, and so does the rest of the Laker squad as many open shots were missed. Kobe really should have 10+ assists right now. All the team needs to calm down and keep giving it to Kobe and Gasol. Keep looking for the open man and make the extra pass and you'll get rewarded. That's what the Heat are doing right now and on top of that, they are playing exceptional defense on the Lakers. I like how Artest got this technical on LeBron! Hope he could do the same in the second half so he gets ejected from the game. Anyways, hope to see better offensive executed actions for the Lakers in the second half. platoon793 Posted December 25, 2010 Report Share Posted December 25, 2010 Well, the reason they are only down by 9 is that the Heat aren't shooting the ball that well either. 18-42 (43%) while the Lakers are shooting 16-44(36.4%). Jones has missed all his threes as well, hopefully he can knock down some big ones in the 2nd half. Miller hasn't come in the game yet, not sure if Spoelstra will play him or not.
