Real Deal

T-Mac vs. Kobe woohooo!!!! Even though this will be more of a geriatric version of the classic duels, it's always an entertaining matchup. It also might just be the first time in about 5-6 years where T-Mac is on the same plane as Kobe athletically, which is a win in my eyes :glasses:

Also, if I were a Lakers fan I'd keep a close eye on Prince and Mac tonight. If the Lakers keep struggling, I could see them making a move for one of those guys (T-Mac in a backup role, Prince as a starter).

I must have missed where Drew picked up his second foul. That sucks.

Odom is doing good. I'm not sure what Kobe was doing putting up the extra 4-5 shots (I didn't get to see those, either). Gasol seems like he just keeps looking for a foul. Not even sure what Blake does on the court anymore. Is Fisher crippled?

Feed keeps dying. :(

The ATDHE feed has been going perfect for me, try that.

And T-Mac is lookin' good, running the offense well. He's been a little careless in the last few minutes, but I'm impressed. I think he could be a real nice bench player on the Lakers, he'd do well in the triangle.

Leaguepass ftw :)

I have LP, but I'm recording two things right now on the DVR.

Thanks, but ATDHE is working for me now.

He could probably start at the three, because Ron Artest sucks.

And while I'm impressed with how he's playing, it's really easy to score down low against us, for some reason...so a few of those passes were easy assists. Still nice to see him finding the man down low, though, but I've been more impressed with some of his other games (including his last one).

they don't have the assets needed to acquire Prince, and McGrady is out of the question. the reason they traded Sasha was because they were already overstocked with guards (Brown, Barnes, Blake, etc).

T-Mac with 14/6 on 5-8 shooting (with 6 turnovers, but who's counting?), and he had a +/- of -7, with every other starter being at least -14. Seriously, it's the first full game I've watched of the Pistons and they are so, SO bad. How they've won as many games as they have is a miracle.

As for T-Mac, personal victories FTW.

No, Sasha was traded for the salary dump. Barnes plays the three, and was playing a little PF for us as well.

Both Brown and Barnes are going to be free agents this off-season, more than likely (don't see why either would take their PO), and Buss wants to get below the luxury tax. He was basically paying $10-11 million a year for Sasha, double the contract.

I wouldn't say McGrady is out of the question. If they are to move Artest, they will likely have to package Brown with him, and T-Mac can be had for a first rounder (which means nothing to LA).

As for Prince, you are probably right unless they found a 3rd party suitor.

meh, I should have said perimeter players rather than guards, but either way, their rotation is set.

Fisher/Blake

Bryant/Brown

Artest/Barnes

Gasol/Odom

Bynum/Ratliff

obviously, they wouldn't trade anyone in the starting lineup for McGrady, so it'd have to be someone off the bench. maybe they could get him for Brown or Barnes, but I don't think they'd even want to make that deal.

I think McGrady is better suited for a team like Chicago, personally.
