Erick Blasco
Gasol's defense wasn't this consistently bad last season. I'm very disappointed in his play tonight.
Erick Blasco
Since Kobe's conserved himself so well, he's going to be fresh for the stretch run. That was a sweet jumper.
Owner Real Deal Posted January 6, 2011 Author Owner Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 Disgusting pass from Odom to Barnes for that layup.
Erick Blasco
Wow, that wasn't terrible defense, Odom is terrific. Then a one-handed catch on a home run pass plus a sweet dish to Barnes. Great series by Odom!
Nitro
Wow Kobe looked really, really creepy there when he stuck out his tongue.

Owner Real Deal Posted January 6, 2011 Author Owner Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 Things are so much easier for Kobe when everyone else is moving and trying to win the game. Exclude Gasol from that quote above, though, at least for tonight. I think the Lakers would have a very comfortable lead in this game if Gasol was connected. He's still playing like he's in the third hour of a daily practice.

Owner Real Deal Posted January 6, 2011 Author Owner Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 Hope Blake and Brown realize that there's a three-point line in the NBA.
Erick Blasco
Bynum just overwhelmed Frye. Frye has no chance defending most post players.

Erick Blasco
Dragic with an awful rotation, he didn't fully get to Odom and Odom blew by him. Odom then landed right on his arm, this looks bad...

The Regime
Excellent defense by Bynum, he is looking better and better every game.
Erick Blasco
Good defense by Bynum, plus smart shading by Odom lead to a turnover by Dudley.
Vitasoy
Glad Odom is okay.

Erick Blasco
Bynum with a man sized rebound---the Lakers guards aren't playing too well. I'd bring Kobe in for Brown to finish this game. He should be rested because he hasn't had to exert too much energy as a scorer.
Lemon
That wasn't a foul -_-. But Bynum usually goes down after playing this well. Hope he doesn't this time. Funny move by Kobe. He just might be sleeping a little.
Erick Blasco
Great pass by Odom. There was only one place where he could feed that ball to Brown and he put it there.
Erick Blasco
One thing about Gortat---he's playing hard right now as Carter misses a layup in traffic.
Erick Blasco
Great shot by Kobe, he's been terrific today.
Erick Blasco
That's one of only two bad shots Kobe has taken today. It leads to a bit of a transition opportunity. This is why any bad shot is frowned upon. It often leads to mismatches on the other end.
