Flash
The very last play? I think u guys were out. No, the one where we ended up with a 29 foot three instead of a set play to tie the game or take the lead.
fish7718
Feels like the Heat have proven something, they can now lose 4 in a row and we don't have to hear about coaches losing jobs and what else will plague the team. Still surprising to see this team lose 4 in a row.
Lemon
No, the one where we ended up with a 29 foot three instead of a set play to tie the game or take the lead. Like Real Deal said, it was up to James on that shot. He was denied a lane so he passed it out to Chalmers who passed it right back. All James could come up with was a far 3. If he shot a fadeaway at about 20 ft instead of passing it to Chalmers he probably would've made it since his shot was wet.

This team is not built to pick up the slack with 1 of the Big 3 injured, especially without Haslem and Miller still finding his groove (the rest of the team is basically on minimum contracts). Nitro
Even all 3 of them managed to get their crappy teams to the playoffs, you'd think they could find a way to win 1 game. They barely lost in LA to a Clippers team that's on fire, lost at Denver, barely lost at Chicago (who's been streaking at home the last few weeks), and barely lost to the Hawks (who have also been playing very well). Bottom line is the team has no depth, has been without at least 2 of its top 5 players the last 4 games, and barely lost 3 of those games against some tough competition. There's no reason to question this team on this losing streak as they've had 2 injured stars and a bunch of scrubs (vet minimum scrubs) playing against 2nd tier contenders. When they start losing 3, 4 games in a row while healthy, then the 'Fire Spo' people will come from all angles.
kingfish
So let me get this straight. Lebron and Wade take more free throws then the entire Hawks team combined, and as a team they shoot more then twice as many free throws then the Hawks, and they still lose? The Heat having the refs behind them isnt enough. They should just give them 4 points for every basket.

Funny, I don't think I heard you say a peep about the ref'ing in Game 7 of the Finals last year against the Celtics when Kobe, by himself, took two less free throws than the entire Celtics team, and the Lakers as a whole took over twice as many free throws for the game. Hmm...

Because if you did, you'd notice LeBron and Wade really started attacking the rim, and by my own observations, the calls were legit fouls for Wade and LeBron. Usually every game they will get a few calls that are phantom fouls, but tonight they were getting hit pretty good. Meanwhile, the Hawks stuck to the perimeter, and rarely were attacking the rim at full force. Joe Johnson got into the paint a few times, but he was taking little floaters about 5ft out. It wasn't one of those games where the reffing is what caused the foul discrepancy. It was fair. And I have a feeling you didn't even watch the game, so please stop. Hawks Fly High
Lebron and Wade are NOTORIOUS for getting phantom calls so I assume tonight was no different.I watched most and didn't see any phantom calls. I was getting frustrated too with how many times they got to the line, but after seeing replays I did notice they were legitimate.
