Cleveland's Finest
I'll be at this one! 4-3 in games I've gone too....hopefully the Cavs can keep their competitive streak going! I wonder if Baron or any of the new guys will be there...and it'll be crazy weird with no Mo or Moon now...

Make It Naaaashty
If the Knicks play defense like they did against the Cavs today, they will get murdered on Sunday against the Heat. Terrible display of defense all-around, even Billups got destroyed tonight. Sessions was blowing past him all night long.

Cleveland's Finest
Make that 5-3 in games I've gone too! Another playoff-like atmosphere. Gee played big minutes after not having played for weeks. Knicks had 44 free throws....Billups had all 26 of his points in the second half. Knicks -11 w/Amare on the floor, -6 w/Melo on the floor. Finally, the Cavs haven't lost to the Knicks this year (2-0). The Knicks and Clippers are the only teams yet to have beaten the Cavs yet. See you Sunday, Baron! JYD
Ok...my thoughts on the game... First of all, the biggest problem is the rebounding. Can one of these mother [expletive]ers box out and dominate the glass? I realize we are a bit undersized, but put a body on someone, jesus. Second of all, yes the defense is bad, but I thought it was better tonight than it was against MIL. But we gave them about 20 second chances with offensive rebounds which made us look terrible. Third, Melo was definitely effected all 4th qtr with the elbow injury. No excuses, it was obvious... Lastly, it's one game...BUT, if we rebound and play this defense we will be forfeiting the 6th seed in the East very very soon. But...I'm not too concerned tbh. We shot like 30% in the 2nd half...if we shoot 30% we'll lose to anyone tbh...not many teams win when they shoot 30% in the 2nd half... EastCoastNiner
Amare drops 30 as usual, and these scrubs can't do shit to help him out. It's flat out pathetic.

These fools better step up and help Amare out. Melo is Amare's Robbin.

EastCoastNiner
Melo had a numb elbow the entire 2nd half, did you even watch the game or just read the boxscore? He had a "numb elbow", which is also known as not being able to handle the spotlight. If they fed Amare more, the Knicks would have won by 20+,

The Truth
pisses me off that Brewer's not even on the roster. it's one thing not to play him, but to not even give him that possibility? just really frustrates me. why in the living [expletive] did we trade Randolph if Brewer was going to be just as useless for us? He had a "numb elbow", which is also known as not being able to handle the spotlight. If they fed Amare more, the Knicks would have won by 20+,yeah, he totally froze up against the Cavs in a regular season game and just couldn't handle the pressure of playing the worst team in the league. Melo had 16 points in the first quarter. he was dominating, but then he had to sit out the second half to ice his sore elbow. maybe try watching the highlights next time. Oliver P
Lol letting the Cavs drop 115 on you. The Knicks are back!!! Melo baby!!!! First of all... anything can happen in one game. Don't you remember this little bet we had on a Knicks-Spurs a couple of years ago, at the time when there was no star whatsoever in New York for example ? Don't you remember this David Lee avatar that you had to wear for a week ? I can't believe that you forgot something like that... This game was actually even worse as the Spurs knew each other very well in that game, the same cannot be said for New York yesterday. Second of all we had just a major trade, you can't expect us to play rightaway at our best ! Let's not get ahead of ourselves and try to be a little patient here... I watch this game for long enough to know that developping a chemistry takes some time. A LOT of time. We have not enough games left in the remainder of the season, we will slowly get better games after games and we definitely will be better soon, but we will not be able to be at our best before the next season you can be sure of that. Third the Lakers also lost against the Cavs. Does that mean that they will not be champs this year ? Well maybe they will not but you can be sure that they will be there, at their best, in the playoffs, and that if they lose, it's gonna be very, VERY hard for a team to beat them. Anything can happen in one game. ANYTHING. There's absolutely nothing to conclude out of this game.
