Make It Naaaashty
Lakers are wet early on. LA with 34 and held San Antonio to only 13, damn.
The Regime
Wow, that could very well be out most complete quarter this season.
Erick Blasco
Gasol for three?!?!?!
kingfish
Gasol hit a three? Why the [expletive] doesnt he do that more often.
Erick Blasco
And that Gasol three sequence shows just how important is to be versatile in the triangle. The natural sequence was a bit disrupted but Brown was able to post and draw help, he passed to Odom who backed things out. Since he can drive, the Spurs have to help and Gasol is a decent shooter who can knock in a three.
The Regime
Gasol=100% three point shooter. I don't even know why Lamar opted to pass that ball to him.
Erick Blasco
Gasol is on fire with his jumper.
The Regime
We're clicking on all cylinders. This is scary.
Erick Blasco
And this is why the Spurs are vulnerable in the playoffs. They have trouble on defense and end up in disadvantageous help situations way too often. Duncan isn't getting any faster, Blair isn't getting any taller, and Bonner isn't getting any quicker. Makaveli
I'm enjoying this.

Erick Blasco
Tough shot by Hill .The pass was at his ankles. It caused him to step up and made a possible three-pointer a two-pointer.
kingfish
Put Bynum back in the game. Were getting killed on the glass now.
Erick Blasco
The frontcourt of the Lakers is dominating. You know where this is coming from? Unlike the first two games, Kobe isn't forcing much. This game is totally about the Lakers frontcourt and they've responded. An awful rebounding possession though may give the Spurs some confidence. The Regime
This game reminds me of our win against the Cavs. Everything is dropping for us.
Erick Blasco
Kobe uses a screen instead of pounding away, gets wide open for an easy shot.
Erick Blasco
Duncan posts again and misses the rim.
The Regime
Haha Artest, man we're doing an excellent job closing out on their three point shooters.
Erick Blasco
This is great to see. Kobe's doing his work away from the ball. He's punishing George Hill thoroughly.
Erick Blasco
And Kobe's such in the flow of the game that he can drill a three in Ginobili's face.
SRV
Man, Artest looked like he was the one that was going to go fight Kobe lol
magicbalala245
Kobe Bryant and Lakers are rolling. Best team in the Western Conference. If not for a Mcdysses it would be 1-1 right now.
The Regime
Kobe jawwing off at the crowd and then getting physical with Manu, I like it. Hopefully he doesn't get too caught up in the one on one shit though.
Makaveli
Kobe jawwing off at the crowd and then getting physical with Manu, I like it. Hopefully he doesn't get too caught up in the one on one shit though. He can take Manu 1 on 1, but i'd rather see Lakers play team ball and just humiliate the Spurs as a group. Erick Blasco
Parker made the shot more difficult by trying the reverse, but he does it because he's concerned about the Lakers length.
