Flash
I think VT wins this one. Basically a home game for them and Boise's never faced a mix of defense and special teams Beamer Ball.

Cobb
I got Virginia Tech winning this one. Their offense on paper is SCARY.
ChosenOne
Boise State literally cant lose a game this year with them still being in the WAC, and this is going to be one of the 2 games that is really going to test them this year. I expect them to show up and that Bronco defense to play great. I got the Broncos winning by 17+.

Make It Naaaashty
Boise wins in a close one. 37-
The Great iBoldin
Why are you guys predicting such luxurious offensive games? Â VT, while not as strong defensively as probably years past, are a totally respectable unit with one of the best defensive coaches in the country manning the group. The defense only allowed Alabama's 34 points as the benchmark for highest total against last year, and the Tide's offense last season is way more advanced then this group. Â Boise State gets a little overrated offensively, they have a solid receiving core, a good college quarterback but they aren't flashy, they don't score a lot of points on teams with respectable defenses, either. They posted several 40+ games last year on terrible WAC competition. Every game the Broncos played a legit or even semi-legit defense, they weren't barn burners all of a sudden (19 points on Oregon, 17 on TCU, even 28 on Tulsa) so to suggest a 44-41 game on a solid defense is a little ridiculous. Â I'll say Boise wins this game, but it'll be close as VT is pretty much a home team and they certainly play well at home. 20-14 Boise State. Warren2ThaG
I don't even think Boise State has a chance at losing this game, they'll win.
EastCoastNiner
Let's go Boise State!!!!!!!!!!!! I have my money on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Great iBoldin
Tyrod got snapped in half on the fleaflicker. And a timeout this early isn't good. This is going to be a crazy game.

The Great iBoldin
Its college, not pros  It's still not good, it shows miscommunication and that they're rattled by the crowd, and their play selection so far is weak.

The Great iBoldin
Nevermind what I said about the score, Boise is going to put up a lot more then 20 points, Tech has no offensive line and just didn't come out to play. Dominated in every facet of the game. Â Another overrated Hokies team. smh. I'm never buying into their hype again.
bigdog17k
I think Boise State is for real, they look like they can't even be touched so far.

Lkr
It's still not good, it shows miscommunication and that they're rattled by the crowd, and their play selection so far is weak.lol, its very common in college games. using a timeout isn't a big deal like it is in the pros, where you are under the pressure of saving them.
