Phightins
Lets play two... Going to the afternoon game, so I miss Oswalt. Instead, I'll get to see Vance Worley make his first MLB start. I am pretty excited about him to be honest, I think there is a very good chance he winds up in the rotation next year. Cobb
A sweep is a NECESSITY here.
Phightins
Well, that was a stinker. Good news is we still gain on the Braves with a W tonight. The other good news is that the Phillies have seen Anibal Sanchez a bunch in the past, so maybe they will actually get more than 1 hit against him! I swear, every time they see a guy for the first time, they look like fools, whether it is Stephen Strasburg or an 8 year minor league veteran making his Major League debut, like Mr. Mendez this afternoon. Phightins
Robbed McLouth of a GS yesterday. And then threw to first base with the bases loaded, causing 2 runs to score on the sac fly. Kid is athletic as hell, but apparently has no baseball IQ. Made another bonehead decision today. Played a ball horribly off the left center field wall and let it bounce away. Allowed the runner to get to 3rd when he should have just had a double.
