Nitro
I can't believe this is even a question. Some may prefer 50 and his style of music, but there is no way he's a better rapper/lyracist than Jay-Z. Not even in the same vicinity. Ironically enough 50's best work lyrically by far was on Power of the Dollar, 3-4 years before he became mainstream. But I doubt half of you who vote for 50 in this debate have even heard of that album so I won't bother.
*Swish*
I prefer to listen to 50 Cent. but I got to admit Jay Z got better lyrics.

Guru
Oh there you go overrating jigga man again.I'm overrating Jay? How about you are overrating 50? What in the hell has he done in the past 5 years? He has put out 2 awful albums in Curtis and Before I Self Destruct. Lets face it, after he lost that sales battle with Kanye, 50 has become a nobody in the hip hop game.

La Bomba
I don't consider myself a huge Jay-Z fan. I appreciate what he has done to rap and recognize his excellence, but this isn't even close. 50 Cent has been nonexistent for the last few years and when he was in his prime, he never even touched Jay-Z.
