AboveLegit Posted September 20, 2010 Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 Despite my favorite team losing to the Texans yesterday due to Gary Kubiak calling a timeout right as our kicker hit a 52 yard field goal in overtime, I personally like the strategy. It's an intelligent move by the coaching staff, and gives them an opportunity to have an impact on the game. What are your thoughts on it? fish7718 Posted September 20, 2010 Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 I'm for it, I thought they did change the rule that you couldn't do it right before the play that it had to go clearly before the play. To damage an already awful kicker psychologically is a huge bonus, especially players like David Buehler or, in the case of the 'Skins, Graham Gano (who is one of my favorite kickers), is a huge percentage I'm willing to take.
