reno
Will they become nfc favorites? Besides maybe the saints, who I don't think are that great judging they barley beat the vikings, and should have lost to the 9ers, is their any other team that would contest the bears for the nfc? Right now I have greenbay as the top team, but if bears can beat them, who else is there? Maybe the eagles? Its early, but I believe this game will be the biggest test for da bears. Whats your thoughts..
Cleveland's Finest
No...Packers are missing both starting corners (Bigby and Harris) and still would only be one game behind them. So I still think they aren't NFC North favorites. Way too early in the season. And remember, they could've lost to Detroit. However, winning in Dallas in a hostile environment and coming back from a close win in Detroit is very impressive. Also, starting 2-0 with both of those games on the road is impressive. Cutler looks better with a year under his belt. A win here makes them look good momentarily, but I still have the Saints at the top of the NFC until taken down. Bears though look like a playoff team. Here's my top 6 teams in the NFC: 1. Saints2. Packers3. Bears4. Falcons5. Redskins6. Eagles
ChosenOne
If they beat the Packers it really would not matter much. Yes it would be a great win but it would not make them the nfc favorites by any means, remember it will be only week three. My prediction: Packers - 27Bears -
EastCoastNiner
If they beat the Packers on Monday night, they will remain the favorites like they are right now......
AboveLegit
Their offensive line is still terrible, so I wouldn't consider them over the Packers or Saints. Martz has the Bears looking pretty good on O. Cutler diced up the 'Boys after a slow start. And Martz and Lovie Smith teamed up in St. Louis for some pretty good years. The Bears' wideouts look like they're embracing the Holt-Bruce roles.

The Great iBoldin
If they beat the Packers on Monday night, they will remain the favorites like they are right now...... How are they the favorite? Lol.. Vegas has the Packers as the favorite at -3. Plus Green Bay and Chicago are both 2-0. Chicago isn't the favorite at all. BTW: Answer to the poll, the Vikings are the favorites until the Packers or Bears can beat them. And I think you're forgetting the bears dominated the lions in nearly every category, just had some bad/stupid turnovers that kept Detroit in the game. Either way, they had no business winning that game, and the refs proved me right. Cowboys will be lucky to make the wildcard, they will finish third in that division. Give them some time before you make these bold statements. Just two years ago the Skins were 6-2 through 8 games, and they ended up missing the playoffs. bigdog17k
It's DBF, pre-season he's going on about how the Bears are going to be a train wreck this season. Then Cutler has two good outings and that team is SB bound or something... give it some time.
