AboveLegit
Ernie Grunfeld gave his requisite pre-training camp press conference with the media earlier today. After it was over, several reporters stuck around for some small talk before he returned to his office. During the small talk, Grunfeld was asked about the Wizards' jerseys. His answer surprised everyone assembled. Saying "as you know," before the announcement, Grunfeld revealed that the Wizards would change their colors to red, white and blue beginning in the 2011-12 season. The current Wizards colors are slate gold, black, blue and white. In case you hear a loud noise, it's probably the sound of Wizards fans rejoicing. http://dc.sbnation.com/washington-wizards/2010/9/23/1706667/wizards-jersey-colors-red-white-blue-ernie-grunfeld Finally. Wizards fans have been asking about this for a while now.

Cleveland's Finest
Too many teams have red, white, and blue. 76ers, Clippers, and Pistons look interchangeable besides the team name, and now add the Wizards. Every team going retro, not a bad idea I guess.
