Pooh25
Melo is gonna bolt and leave the Nuggets in the next off-season if he ain't gone to the Nets and the Nuggets' continue their stance of getting a top-class talent, salary cap relief and picks. They really should have pulled the trigger on the Favors trade but sadly left it. EDIT: Actually, I remember seeing that the 76ers also offered a deal consisting of Evan Turner, a pick and Jason Kapono's expiring contract. That would have been another deal I would have taken.I wish the Bulls could somehow snatch Carmelo up if Luol Deng continues to play as he is currently. The 76'ERS offered a deal like that? If I was Denver, I would have taken that in a heartbeat.
ChosenOne
Danilo Gallinari's struggles frustrate Mike D'Antoni as Knicks enter playoff-or-bust season Danilo Gallinari is supposed to be good enough to either get the Knicks to the playoffs or get them Carmelo Anthony. The club has lofty goals for the third-year forward, but Gallinari's maddening inconsistency in the preseason is a growing concern for a Knicks team that desperately needs him to have a breakout year. In five exhibition games, Gallinari has made just 18 of 53 shots (34%) and he went 0-for-7 in Sunday's win over the Washington Wizards. Gallinari's struggles reached the point where Mike D'Antoni benched the small forward midway through the third quarter. "It's been up and down for many reasons," Gallinari said following Monday's practice in Greenburgh. "For sure, I cannot be like that. It's preseason, but I can't be like that during the season." Gallinari denied an Internet report that he is bothered by having his name mentioned in trade scenarios involving Anthony. Those stories began over the summer and will continue as long as Anthony remains with the Denver Nuggets. NYDailyNews
ChosenOne
I know reports have still been coming out that he wants out and he prefers Knicks over any other team, but what are the chances that he still gets traded?
