Every song was great and A Kid Named Cudi was one of the best mixtapes in 09. But now it seems like he's dipping into this whole emo thing and its getting real annoying. Mr. Rager and Wylin' Cause I'm Young SUCK and Dangerous is average. Plus, the rest of his new stuff isn't close to what he was releasing last year. Am I overreacting? He's definitely more of that pop type of artist with catchy songs, that's what people like about him. He's not going to hit you with that lyrical [expletive] like a Kanye, Nas, Jay-Z, etc. So people love his catchy type of songs, and erase me is really the type of [expletive] he needs to pursue more. I love MOTM and AKNK and his other mix tapes, but his recent songs, hopefully that won't be on his album, have really, really let me down. He needs to stop being emo and start making good music again. Mr. Rager and Wylin were both horrible songs. Hopefully this is just a trick and we'll all be blown away by his album.
