Poe
McGrady, 31, feels he still has a few more years of effective play left. “I know the doubters, I know there are a lot of people who think I am finished, and this has been my motivation to come back,” McGrady said. “I don’t see any reason why I can’t be the player I was before, if not better.” Pistons Coach John Kuester believes he looks strong and healthy. “I think the competition is good for all of them,” Kuester said. “Tracy is raring to go. I know he wants to get at it.” Prince and Hamilton echoed Kuester, hoping the competition will lead to a good rotation and hopefully more wins. The Pistons finished a dismal 27-55 last season, last in the Eastern Conference’s Central Division. “We want to be the team to watch in the East, I think we can be that,” McGrady said. Sharing touches with Hamilton and Prince doesn’t seem to be an issue for McGrady – yet.Source Edited October 4, 2010 by Poe

YugoRocketsFan
Everyone would be in a stage of denial in his place, going from 25-32 ppg to becoming a walking piece of glass would definitely do that to you.
