Flash
For this season? Definitely not. But how many more years do you guys see LA being at the top of the league considering Kobe is getting up there in age and Bynum's inconsistency health-wise. We might not even need Kobe or Bynum to win it all. Fisher-Artest-Odom-Gasol-Ratliff, WOW

magicbalala245
OMG we should just hand Miami the trophy [expletive]ing ESPN with their bull[expletive]. It's the [expletive]ing preseason so what if we lost to Barcelona. I don't remember ESPN crowning us champs when he beat Barcelona when they came here to LA. The title will go through LA till the day we are de throned in the NBA Finals http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ng8JAxKhWBM
Erick Blasco
OMG we should just hand Miami the trophy [expletive]ing ESPN with their bull[expletive]. The title will go through LA till the day we are de throned in the NBA Finals http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ng8JAxKhWBM Overreact much? It's an interesting story that the best of the Euroleague beat the best of the NBA in a game, even though the stakes were extremely low for the Lakers and they certainly didn't bring (or need to bring) their A-game. The headline is little more than a question, asking should the Lakers be concerned considering they'd usually mop the floor with Barcelona. That's all. No doom and gloom, end of the world, attacks, or series of harsh criticisms. Nowhere is Miami mentioned or anything. The Lakers are kind of a big deal so when they lose to a Euroleague team it gets some attention. You can bet that had Miami lost to Barcelona, it would get some press too. Or are you that insecure that Miami has a pretty good team that may end up kind of, possibly, in someone's wildest dreams, better than the Lakers this year?
Flash
lol had Miami lost to Barcelona, ESPN wouldn't be covering anything else.
Check my Stats
I wouldn't be concerned about the pre-season as much as the damn injuries.
Owner Real Deal Posted October 9, 2010 Author Owner Report Share Posted October 9, 2010 lol had Miami lost to Barcelona, ESPN wouldn't be covering anything else.I wouldn't say that. I think ESPN would be covering for their cash cow. There wasn't a massive panic attack from them when Wade injured his hamstring, and to be honest, that's a bigger concern than the Lakers losing to Barcelona in a meaningless game.
