Guru
Did Rodney Harrison of all people just call for guys to be suspended for a hard hit or dirty play?Meh, I would usually agree with you here because I hate Harrison just as much as the next guy but he admitted to his "dirty hits" and said he only learned his lesson when he was suspended. Made sense to me.
The Regime
Did Rodney Harrison of all people just call for guys to be suspended for a hard hit or dirty play? Yeah believe me I was just as surprised as you. Edited October 18, 2010 by Confidence
EastCoastNiner
It's easy for Harrison to say that now that he's not playing and is just an analyst. Also, people make Harrison sound dirtier then he really was. A lot of his so called "dirty" hits were just hard, but yes, he did have his fair share of "dirty" hits. However, it wasn't as many as people like to think. And, once again, this was not a hit on a defenseless receiver.
Flash
And, once again, this was not a hit on a defenseless receiver. Exactly. Was this even helmet to helmet? I didn't see it if it was so why penalize a guy for a great hit? Soon enough these guys will be playing 2 hand touch.
Lkr
I love how we all sit here and criticize it when we aren't the ones playing. If the players were so opposed to being protected, the union would be taking actions.

No, we aren't playing, but we know what a defenseless receiver is, and that sure as hell wasn't Desean Jackson.
