He replied by saying "I don't think so, no.." Who do you think is the fastest player with the ball in his hands? The first player that comes to mind (other than Wall) is Rondo. Monta Ellis and Devin Harris definitely come to mind when I think about fastest player with the ball. John Wall seems quite quick with the ball as well. He's probably not the quickest from end to end, but with a basketball in his hand he can go around alot of opposing guards with ease.
