Can't argue with the four you put out there man. All I know, is that judging from the way he's been throwing down posters left and right so far this year, Eric Gordon better be in it. He'd be my pick to win the Dunk Contest if he's in it.

Gordon strikes me as more of a game dunker who jumps primarily off of one foot. How many of those guys have succeeded in previous dunk contests? I doubt the number is very high. That's why I don't think LBJ would win the dunk contest if he ever participated in one.

And Fish..Gordon wasn't in the contest last year..only the dunk-off. Gerald Wallace was in the contest.

Yeah I thought that may have been it...he still put us to sleep right? :lol:

I really don't want to see Nate Robinson again, way to repetitive. It was cool seeing the little guy at first since it added some excitement, but now that story just seems stale to me.

 

I would want to see:

 

Eric Gordon

Derrick Rose

Blake Griffin

Shannon Brown (after one go around I think he might be better prepared)

 

All these guys get way above the rim, it would only be entertaining if they came prepared and went all out, last year was pathetic.

 

I would love to see LeBron do it but not going to throw his name in because I can't imagine him accepting.

I don't really care I just hope Derrick Rose enters and maybe Eric Gordon. I would like to see Shannon Brown enter again I know he can do better than what he did last year and maybe Javale Mcgee

I've said it from quite some time now but I think the Dunk Contest should be open to players who don't play in the NBA. Let's face it the best dunkers in the world just don't play in the NBA now and the only way to make this event interesting again (we had some nice dunk contests lately but nothing great since 2000 and last year was just horrible) is to allow guys like Guy Dupuy, Kadour Ziani, James White, well and a lot of other "dunk experts" participate.

 

Well anyway it won't happen this year so I guess that I would like to see Bill Walker and Landry Fields :

They could do some nice things (couldn't do worse than last years contestants anyhow..) and at least they're Knicks players. :D

I hope they're gonna pick one of the dudes I mentioned. Especially James White, I wanna see him in the Dunk Contest for quite some time now. Here's my favorite dunk of him :
