Dr. Feelgood
Hate to be a buzzkill on a night the Trail Blazers blew away Detroit, but the real game Tuesday night in the Rose Garden was afterward in the training room, where a shirtless Brandon Roy was propped up and being examined. The news, Blazers fans, is not good. Roy is experiencing swelling and discomfort on his left knee. This is the knee that was operated on in August 2008, not the right knee that was operated on last April. http://www.oregonlive.com/blazers/index.ssf/2010/11/blazers_insider_brandon_roys_k.html This has been reported by Blazer Insider Jason Quick. ChosenOne
Terrible news. The Rose Garden is just not the healthiest place to play at. I hope it is nothing to serious.
The Regime
Ron Artest hinted at a Brandon Roy injury a little over a week ago. I wish the best for Brandon Roy, it would be a shame to see the Blazers lose him considering how well they are playing this season.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 10, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted November 10, 2010 Didn't he play it off as nothing that last game? I'm 99.9% sure he was interviewed about it, said it was no big deal, and he was talking about how he just wanted less minutes to get back into playing shape, or something. Warren2ThaG
Even if he misses time they should be fine. Matthews can provide a lot.
