moeroadkill Posted November 18, 2010 Report Share Posted November 18, 2010 this will probably sound retarded because i have no idea how to really explain it so here goes.. (we have a HP printer/scanner and this is how we get it to work) open up My Computer and you should see a something like the C:drive but for you printer, it should say your printer name or something along those lines. so double click on that and it should open up a wizard for you to start scanning if not it might come up with a list of options to choose from if so just scroll down until you find the scanning option and if your printer has a "scan" button on it you dont have to worry about pressing it hope that helps lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
