La Bomba
I love Method Man's charistha when he raps with the rest of the group, but his solo career isn't on the level of GZA, Ghostface, or Raekwon. Raekwon is the most talented MC on the Wu-Tang Clan. Not to mention he's released two solo albums that can definitely can be considered classics (OBFCL, Pt. 1 is one of my five favorite albums of all time). AboveLegit
IMO I think Method Man is lyrically as good as any member of Wu Tang. He probably has the best flow out of any of them, and one of the best deliveries. He combines excellent lyrical skills with a great personality on the mic, something that isn't done too often. Probably the most complete rapper/MC in the group. But this is such a hard topic to discuss because every member in this group is so damn good, which is exactly why they are the greatest rap group ever. It's all based on personal preference. La Bomba
When they're all part of a group, I think Method Man is at his best. I put Raekwon above him because his solo albums are so damn good. Even though Tical is a pretty good album.
Nitro
I agree about Meth being the best of the group when he's within the confines of the group (or with other rappers like Redman). I think the best lyrically of the bunch is GZA, but the issue is that his style doesn't have a ton of range. That is why I'd agree that overall, Raekwon is probably the most well-rounded of the group. OB4CL and the sequel were both amazing albums.
