The Lone Granger
A little bit of a late start, but so far this year he's averaging 14.3 PPG, 2.6 RPG, and 4.3 APG. In Indiana, he'll be the featured point guard for both now, and in the long-term future. I'm looking forward to seeing how he develops, and I'm very sure that he's going to turn into a star point guard in this league. http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1130.snc4/149233_1604585268234_1044205389_31512517_4859782_n.jpg When he was acquired this summer, he almost single-handedly got the city of Indianapolis back excited about the Pacers, and hasn't disappointed yet. I'll be keeping track of each game for him, and making sure to keep you guys updated on how he continues to improve. The Lone Granger
Because O'Brien is just taking it easy with him right now. They don't want him to get hurt, and Ford has been playing very solid in his minutes as well. Why overwork a player when you don't have to you know? He's young, and is still getting used to the system in Indiana as well.
The Lone Granger
November 26th, 2010 vs. Oklahoma City Thunder http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1150.snc4/149233_1604585228233_1044205389_31512516_4094765_n.jpg 25 Minutes, 5-11 FGM-A, 0-0 3PM-A, 0-1 FTM-A, 0 Steals, 0 Blocks, 1 Turnovers, 6 Personal Fouls, 3 Rebounds, 5 Assists, 10 Points. He had a decent all-around game but just couldn't seem to calm down at times. Down the stretch in overtime he had some big plays, but missed a clutch free throw with a few minutes to go. Good, solid all-around performance, but still only played 25 minutes. Hopefully he starts picking his play up soon. Thoughts on the game? The Lone Granger
November 28th vs. Los Angeles Lakers http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1130.snc4/149233_1604585348236_1044205389_31512518_982129_n.jpg 25 Minutes, 6-14 FGM-A, 0-2 3PM-A, 2-2 FTM-A, 1 Steal, 0 Blocks, 3 Turnovers, 2 Personal Fouls, 1 Rebound, 3 Assists, 14 Points. He had a decent all-around game for the Pacers in their win of the Lakers, but still left some things to be desired. The turnovers need to be cut down on, and the assists raised. Defensively, he had a good game, and was able to practically stop Steve Blake when he was in there, but Pacers fans really want to see him attack the bucket more aggressively, and put up some more points and assists on the board. Good all-around game from DC though. Thoughts on his game against the Lakers?
The Lone Granger
November 30th vs. Sacramento Kings http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1199.snc4/155109_1607340977125_1044205389_31516429_7565422_n.jpg 30 Minutes, 5-10 FGM-A, 0-0 3PM-A, 7-8 FTM-A, 2 Steals, 0 Blocks, 2 Turnovers, 1 Personal Foul, 4 Rebounds, 6 Assists, 17 Points. Big game for Darren Collison tonight. Down the stretch he hit a shot-block buzzer beater that kept us from turning the ball over only up six points, and instead put us up eight. He also put in a few really clutch free throws down the stretch as well. Something that he's been struggling a lot with this season is turnovers, but he was very careful with the ball, and as you can see only committed two turnovers. Great all-around game from DC, and if he continues playing like this, then I think you'll see the Pacers keep winning games. Thoughts on his game against the Kings? The Lone Granger
December 1st vs. Utah Jazz http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash2/hs594.ash2/154615_1608455724993_1044205389_31517949_3260338_n.jpg 34 Minutes, 5-12 FGM-A, 2-4 3PM-A, 4-5 FTM-A, 0 Steals, 0 Blocks, 6 Turnovers, 5 Rebounds, 5 Assists, 16 Points. It's a decent performance, but once again I was very disappointed with the way DC took care of the ball. 6 turnovers is just not good enough for a starting point guard in the NBA, and especially only putting up 5 assists. He had a good offensive night minus the turnovers, and played very well down the stretch for us, but made too many mistakes earlier in the game. For Collison to continue becoming the future great NBA point guard that he could be, he really needs to work on his decision-making. Overall a decent game, but quite a few mistakes as well for Darren. Thoughts on his game against the Jazz?

The Lone Granger
He scored 16 points, 5 rebounds last night in loss to Jazz I've got this covered man , don't worry about keeping it updated. But you should start one of your own...maybe Roy Hibbert? That would be a good idea.
The Lone Granger
December 3rd vs. Phoenix Suns http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs738.snc4/65874_1610469535337_1044205389_31521233_4261617_n.jpg 23 Minutes, 1-3 FGM-A, 0-0 3PM-A, 3-3 FTM-A, 2 Steals, 0 Blocks, 5 Turnovers, 2 Personal Fouls, 2 Rebounds, 4 Assists, 5 Points. Very bad game from Collison this game. You may wonder why I chose this picture of the game to go here....it's because he was basically non-existent out there. He never made any good plays for the Pacers, instead he just forced passes, and got lazy with the ball and committed turnovers. Down the stretch we were up by one point when he got lazy and Goran Dragic poked the ball away from him, ran it down, and Collison fouled him, putting the Pacers over the foul limit. After Dragic put in the free throws, the Pacers never had another lead. Very disappointing game from DC, and I really hope he focuses during his next game against Toronto. Our team this year really relies on how well Collison plays. Thoughts on his game against Phoenix?

The Lone Granger
December 6th vs. Toronto Raptors http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1336.snc4/162846_1615225334229_1044205389_31531647_6598013_n.jpg 25 Minutes, 6-7 FGM-A, 0-0 3PM-A, 5-5 FTM-A, 1 Steal, 0 Blocks, 2 Turnovers, 2 Personal Fouls, 3 Rebounds, 1 Assist, 17 Points. I couldn't find a picture of Collison that was taken during the game so you'll have to live with one against the Jazz. He played a very good game, scoring 17 points, and was great running the point despite only having one assist. He pushed the tempo for Indiana, and really stepped up as an on-court leader when he was out there. If he keeps playing this kind of basketball, then the Pacers have a much better shot to win basketball games. Great all-around game for DC. Thoughts on his game against the Raptors? The Lone Granger
December 8th vs. Milwaukee Bucks http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs805.snc4/68580_1619148192298_1044205389_31537512_2188206_n.jpg 32 Minutes, 7-16 FGM-A, 1-2 3PM-A, 2-2 FTM-A, 1 Steal, 0 Blocks, 2 Turnovers, 1 Personal Foul, 3 Rebounds, 1 Assist, 17 Points. All-around Collison had a very nice game. He took over the scoring load at two different points in the game, and that's the kind of intensity that the Pacers have been waiting to see from him. He's got the skills to score almost at will, but he just has to get in the mindset. Something that is very disappointing about this game is that he just put up one assist. We really need him to be putting his teammates in positions for open looks as well, but I'll take a good offensive performance as a sign of improvement. Thoughts?
