The Lone Granger
Hawks guard Jamal Crawford hasn't received the contract extension he desires from the team, which means he'll likely become a free agent next summer. The Knicks, one of Crawford's former teams, will have cap space and the guard is open to a return to New York. http://http//www.realgm.com/images/nba/4.2/profiles/photos/2006/Crawford_Jamal_atl.jpg "I would definitely listen," Crawford said. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/70291/20101128/crawford_open_to_return_to_knicks/ I really enjoyed watching Crawford back when he was with the Knicks. He was one of those players that wasn't scared to take clutch shots, and wasn't scared to be the scorer for his team. I think a reunion with the Knicks would be a very good thing for both sides. We all know that Knicks fans have been waiting for a shooting guard that can score the ball, and everyone Knick fan that I talk to still likes Jamal Crawford so why not? I could definitely see something like this happening. Thoughts?
bloo
Doubt it'll happen, but it would be great to have him back along side Amare.
JYD
We could use another shooter - but can't see it happening. He'll probably demand too much money, and I don't know what we'll have left after we get 'Melo.
Cobb
If you're willing to pay him $10+ million a season he'll come back.
*Swish*
Would be great to see Jamal back with his old team teaming up with the new comers Amare and Felton
Art
He would fit great in Mike's system and give them a veteran ultimate team player.
The Next Knick
I really do hope he eventually comes back, he was all on board for the crappy days and still wanted to be here.
