Scout200
Which NBA team would win it all if all it's players were restored to their primes? -Scout
Legacy
Boston Celtics. They would destroy. Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Jermaine O'Neal, and Shaq? :o

JYD
Yeah i'd definitely say the Celtics as well. It sure as hell wouldn't be the Heat. We are witnessing them in their prime.
Celtics3420
Would they have the same mindset they have now? Cause4 HOF'ers would EASILY give Boston the title if Pierce, Allen, KG, and Shaq were in their prime, and add in Rondo droppin 14+dimes, it'd already be over lol. But again, it really depends on the circumstances.
*Swish*
Celtics EASILY. So much talented veterans. And the new comers Shaq and Jermaine were BEASTS in their prime. Definitely the Celtics. I don't see any reason why this shouldn't be everyone's answer
deestillballin
Id have to go with the Celtics they would dominate EASILY, for the EAST For the West - homerism, Dallas, a Prime Jason Kidd, Shawn Marion and Dirk

Prime Duncan, Parker, Ginobli is nothing to joke with and add in Antonio McDyess. People forget he was a 20 10 guy in his prime. Dude was good until he got his knees messed up. ( I think it was his knees?)
Owner Real Deal Posted November 30, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 Celtics, hands down, and they would go 16-0 in the playoffs.
Multi-Billionaire
Celtics. Spurs are second imo:C - Tim DuncanPF - Antonio McDyessSF - Richard JeffersonSG - Manu GinobiliPG - Tony Parker Spurs v Celtics in Finals... Game 7, 4OTs. I like Mavs as well... Kidd in his prime was a beast, better than Rondo, add Marion who was an All Star dropping 20 and 10 with Nash on his side, I'm sure he could have done it with a prime Kidd. Nowitzki who's in his prime is a regular season unstoppable MVP... and then Caron Butler and Jason Terry. Not to mention Brendan Haywood. kingfish
Prime Kobe would destroy all those teams by himself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WG711aug31Q Plus you give him prime Gasol, Bynum, Odom, Fisher, Artest (who was a force), Ratliff, Barnes.... But in all seriousness though the Celtics would destroy everyone. Allen, Pierce, KG, Shaq, and arguably JO could be great first options on any team. Owner Real Deal Posted November 30, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 Spurs v Celtics in Finals... Game 7, 4OTs. It probably wouldn't even go five games. If the Kobe/Shaq Lakers were able to dominate Duncan and the Spurs before they started fighting for shots, a team with a prime Shaq, Garnett, Pierce, Allen, Jermaine, and Rondo would crush the Spurs in four, maybe five. ballorama
No doubt the Boston Celtics. Mavs, Lakers, Spurs also great teams.

Scout200
celtics win imo I agree completely... Easily the Celtics. Shaq, JON, & KG as their 4/5 men. 2 MVP's and a top 4 MVP candidate. Plus Ray 5 years ago and PP 3 years ago, plus Rondo now? Sick!
Guest STL10
The Celtics are clearly number one, but what about other teams...? Pistons come to mind with Stuckey, Gordon, Rip, Prince, and Big Ben.

Multi-Billionaire
Celtics are clearly favorites, but if you look at other teams, the Heat are not bad. On top of Big 3, they got Juwan Howard who was an All Star by his second season with the Bullets averaging 22.1 ppg, both Z and Magloire (13.6 ppg, 10.3 rpg in 03-04) were All Stars. Don't forget Mike Miller (18.5 ppg in 06-07 and career 40.5 3PT%), and Udonis Haslem... they clearly can upgrade the PG position, but the bench is solid. We haven't seen Durants best, or Westbrooks. Harden is still hella young, as is Jeff Green. No one knows what Cole Aldrich will do. That team could be scary. The Pistons would be a threat, as would the Spurs and the Lakers, but the Celtics would dominate.

kingfish
lol, biggest homer/kobe worshipper on the planet.Lol in EVERY topic no matter how many other people post in it, you ALWAYS quote my post and find something wrong with it. I think you are a kingfish worshipper. Either that or you're obsessed with me or something, you needa get off my nuts. And besides, prime Kobe would destroy teams. Keep in mind he was playing with guys like Smush Parker, Kwame Brown, Luke Walton, Brian Cook in his starting lineup. He was facing double, and triple teams every night and managed to score 35 a night. As a Laker fan and having watched every game that season, it was truly amazing. You give him anything close to a championship team and you get scary results. Also I said the Celtics would have still won the championship. So go cry about something else. No, he's absolutely correct. You always have to start stupid threads about Kobe, often making polls favoring him so people can slobber on his nuts. We know Kobe is great, but you go overboard with worshiping him. It's extremely annoying.
