The Regime
Last night vs. Wizards 8-8 20pts 3-3ft's 17assists and only 2 to's Nash became the first player in NBA history to twice record 17 assists without missing a shot since the NBA-ABA merger in 1976-77. Only three other players have done this once; Magic Johnson, John Stockton and Mark Jackson. Nash also pulled the trick April 3, 2007, when he hit four shots and dished 17 dimes in Memphis, and before that it hadn’t been done since Stockton in 1994. In addition Nash became the second player in the shot clock era (since 1954-55) to post a 20 points and 10 assists game without missing a field goal or free throw, that hasn’t been done since 1985 when Lester Conner did it. Pretty impressive stuff.
magicbalala245
Wow it's crazy with Nash being the most impressive perfect game this season but now we have three perfect games with Nash, Gasol, & Barnes. Could their possibly be more?
bloo
2 TO's is not perfect to me, but that is an amazing feat.
N.1.A.K.
2 TO's is not perfect to me, but that is an amazing feat. 8.5 AST/TO ratio shoudl make up for it.
crabbylion
2 TO's is not perfect to me, but that is an amazing feat. I'm wit you there. Far from perfect, but a darm good outing for Nash.
ChosenOne
I'm wit you there. Far from perfect, but a darm good outing for Nash. 2 turnovers make it "far" from perfect?
Sun Tzu
Amazing, I honestly don't care about the 2 turnovers, sure it doesnt make it look perfect but still...
The Lone Granger
That's Steve Nash for you. He's almost a perfect player on quite a few nights. I definitely still give him credit for being one of the top-3 point guards in the NBA.
