The Lone Granger
Baron Davis, 31 years old, said that he hopes to play until he is 38. http://www.rotoworld.com/images/headshots/NBA/607.jpg In the same breath, he also said "I can see the end coming...I embrace it because I think my time in this league has been well-served." He's only in the third year of a five-year, $65 million contract, but is averaging a mere 7.9 points, 6.0 assists and 2.4 rebounds. Those numbers will go up, but with Eric Bledsoe emerging it's unclear what his role will be going forward. rotoworld I really don't think that he can play until he's 38, but at least he's set a goal for himself. Assuming he's willing to be a backup, then I guess there's a shot, but he's already starting to lose his game fast, I just don't know how much longer he can play at the NBA level. Thoughts? *Swish*
Why can't he aim higher. He's still in good shape.. look at Grant Hill. He's 38 years old and is playing like he's in his early 30's. I think Baron could play till a bit older
