Teletopez
Vujacic said he embraced the move from the championship Lakers to the worst-in-the East Nets. For one, there will be more time to play. For two, he likes the global vision espoused by owner Mikhail Prokhorov. “Obviously, I had seven great years in L.A. where I had the opportunity to learn how to become an NBA champion,” Vujacic said. “I’m ready to bring that experience and my game to a franchise and a team that’s owned by Mr. Mikhail Prokhorov, GM Billy King and, of course, coach Avery Johnson. “’Dream come true?’ Yeah, it might be. Hopefully it will. I like what I was told and their vision of this franchise and building a championship-pedigree team, having a global vision,” he added. “I hope I can be part of it, and I’m ready.” Vujacic brings one element the Nets are screaming for: energy. Jordan Farmar described him as a pest and he is exactly that on defense, a gnatlike player who’ll take a charge (an area where the Nets fall woefully short -- where’s Jason Collins where you need him?). And what others call energy, Vujacic calls “passion.” Gotta like that. Fred Kerber If Vujacic has the mentality that he has something to prove, the situation he is entering is great. He's in an environment where the system being ran is still in its stages of adjustment for the rest of the team, and where he can fight for being a key part in the rotation, since it has changed multiple times and is still not set in stone. GamerGuy
The goon squad is reunited! Sasha will do well in New Jersey...he'll spread the floor, play pesky defense and best of all he doesn't have to worry about being pulled out of the game for a mistake. I wish him well. *Swish*
As MRK said, Morrow is out, so Vujacic will have a chance to make a name of himself.. a better one. At least from an underdog to a better shooter. He was way better before but this season he has been showing NOTHING. Hopefully, this will change for him in New Jersey. kingfish
Farmar and Sasha on the court together are a dynamic duo. Turnovers, stupid shots, ball hogging, stupid fouls. You guys will enjoy them. ^_^

Funny how 2 of the 3 most hated Lakers ended up playing together for one of the worst teams in the league this year.
