GamerGuy
Is it an add-on for Firefox? Try checking your options within Firefox. I'd tell you to try re-installing DivX, but you probably couldn't remove it if you wanted to. Was trying to un-install it earlier, and I felt like I was trying to remove a trojan horse or something. Couldn't un-install it from the Add/Remove function in the control panel, and it wouldn't work in CCleaner either. Finally just deleted the root folder in my programs, and ran CCleaner a few times to remove the files that were left behind. Yeah, I totally didn't answer your question there. This thing made me furious earlier and I felt like venting when I saw that you had a problem with DivX as well.

If I can't find a solution I may end up doing that. Only problem is I got like the best version of DivX all the others suck lol, I don't know how to track down this version if I had to reinstall it. Plus given all your troubles it's best if I just leave that as a final solution.just switch to Chrome, then. it's better anyway. I like Chrome but it just has really minor things that annoy me, I don't know perhaps I will end up switiching... SRV
Firefox really pissed me off. I updated it, and then I tried to open it, and my computer can't open the new version (which is BS because my computer is brand new and runs on windows 7)..I can't even uninstall it because its not in my programs list, and when I go to the firefox website and download it, it doesnt show up anywhere.
