*Swish*
1. Kobe Bryant: Despite his age, this guy still plays through injuries, has a deadly fade away jump shot and is still the best player in the NBA. Love everything about this player despite he's so cocky but that's what happens when you get in the NBA when you're 17. 2. Dwayne Wade: We call him Flash for a reason.. because he's fast as a cat! Explosive, a good shooter and getting a good three point shot these last few seasons. An amazing leader scorer and passer and an underrated defender.. maybe that's just an opinion. 3. Monta Ellis: He's been so great for this Warriors team. An amazing shooter, good ball handlings and explosive going to the basket. Got to love this player. 4. Manu Ginobili: He has been the MVP for this San Antonio team. Has made clutch shots, clutch passes and some defensive stops and he's over his thirtees. Got to love how he makes this european move going to the basket. Love his three point shots and love his style of play. Definitely deserves that #4 spot. 5. Kevin Martin: One of the most underrated player in the NBA. He is one of the best shooter in the league right now. 6. Brandon Roy: Well I know he's injured and has been struggling these last few games and this season but without all these knee problems, this guy would be a bit higher on my list. People might not even put them in their list because of these few bad games he's had but he's a beast and one of the hardest player to guard (after kobe) 7. Joe Johnson: It's a little bit the same thing as Brandon Roy. Has been injured so might get a lot of recognition for all his talent but this guy is pretty underrated and is a great shooter and scorer for this Atlanta team. 8. Ray Allen: Despite being over his thirties, he's still one of the best shooter in the game and in the history and will always be. Has been so clutch over the years and obviously deserves a mention 9. Jason Richardson: People might criticize me for putting him in my top 10 but this guy still got it. I mean, he's been huge for the Warriors Bobcats and Suns over the years and has put up some insane numbers that I wouldn't expect from him. A really great transition three point shooter and is a freak athlete. 10. Gilbert Arenas: Because he has that gun.. jokes apart.. because he has that three. I mean he's a great shooter and has been huge for these Wizards. Gotta love this player. Honorable Mentions: Stephen Jackson. Ben Gordon, Vince Carter Sg's that will be in this list pretty soon: Eric GordonTyreke Evans
Newman
Good to see J-Rich getting love as he is one of the most underrated players in the league at the moment. Eric Gordon should be in the list already though, at least in front of Arenas.

Nitro
In no way, shape or form should Ellis be over Ginobili. If we are assuming perfect health, then Ellis isn't even in the top 5. Kevin Martin is way too high. Give me all those other players, including Eric Gordon, Tyreke Evans, Stephen Jackson and Vince Carter, over Martin. You can maybe argue that Roy and Arenas don't deserve to be ahead of him with their poor play this season, but I'd still take them over Martin. Martin scores and THAT'S IT. Going by how they are playing this year, I'd take JJ over Roy, and J-Rich and Allen over both.
Erick Blasco
I can't believe people STILL underrate Ginobili. There's not a more underrated superstar in this game. I mean Monta Ellis can put up points pretty quickly, but he's an undersized, defenseless, inefficient player. It's not even like Ginoblii's just a system player either, he breaks people down off isolations, he's a wonderful playmaker, his patented move is a step back three going to his wrong foot---let that sink in, a step-back three going right, and he sinks it like water. Plus, he makes defensive plays that win games. What does Monta Ellis know about defense. Ray Allen needs more love too. If he's going to finish his layups like he's doing this season, he's an extremely versatile player who can catch-and-shoot, create his own shot off the bounce, finish at the rim, and play top-notch defense. Kevin Martin is as soft as they come, doesn't know anything about shot selection, and is one of the worst defensive wings in the league. And Brandon Roy is nothing now that he has no meniscus. Owner Real Deal Posted December 21, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted December 21, 2010 Manu Ginobili is the biggest reason the Spurs are top dogs in the league right now. He was coming off the bench AND still being nominated (and I believe voted in) as an All-NBA Third Team player just a few years ago. Injuries have always held him back. Never liked Kevin Martin. I don't think he's a legit first option on any team in the NBA, and I always stated that his stats were blown up by playing on a terrible Sacramento Kings team where his defense (well, lack of defense) and the rest of his poor play was masked by the entire team playing bad as a whole. Multi-Billionaire
"How do you say 'mother[expletive]er walks on water' in Argentinian?" Manu Ginobili is a great player, I remember before coming to NBA, Scoop did a small article (Trash Talk) on SLAM mag, and wrote: "How do you say 'mother[expletive]er walks on water' in Argentinian?" It was a great write.
The Truth
if this list is about top ten shooting guards THIS YEAR, Eric Gordon should be top ten for sure, maybe even top five. he's been brilliant this year. his team sucks, but he's the leader and he definitely knows how to score the ball. I keep envisioning the Clippers signing Yao to the MLE this summer, then getting CP3 the following year. PaulGordonAminuGriffinYao that would be something special. anyway, I'd of course rank Kobe as the top shooting guard in the league this year with Wade as a close second, followed by Ginobili, Allen, and... I'm actually gonna go with Gordon at number five. I would give honorable mentions to my boy Wesley Matthews (Roy hasn't even been the best SG on the Blazers this year), James Harden, and Landry Fields.
