I think Sanchez is wildly inconsistent but there is no doubt that he has a lot of talent. He just isn't there yet. Lets not forget he was inexperienced in College. I believe he only had 16 starts at USC.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Overthrow after overthrow, when will the Jets realize they just need a real QB?

wtf are you talking about? he's in his second year and at least plays better than Palmer

If the Jets win this game it's going to be on the ground, not through the air. And you know it.

I'm not denying that. I'm just saying you shouldn't quit on Sanchez after two years. Hell, the improvement from his rookie season to this season is astronomical.

Can't argue that, he's improved obviously. I just feel he still kinda hurts the team right now. Like I don't know if you can trust him in those big games yet.

I think getting his team to the AFC Championship game showed that he can be a trustworthy guy. IMO he is going to be a Brett Favre/Jay Cutler kind of QB where you know he has the arm strength but he'll make bonehead plays. He made plays when he had to on this last drive, and while it was a predominantly running drive, the shovel pass, scramble, and a few throws he made were huge.

Not really, the only thing that's improved is the fact he doesn't throw as many picks. Similar completion percentage and TD's.
