Nitro
Stephen A. Smith tells The Dan Patrick Show that Wallace told him he plans to help the C’s avenge their NBA Finals loss to the Lakers by coming out of retirement: “Smith said that the Celtics counter the Heat’s athleticism with ‘brute size’ and Rasheed Wallace will come out of retirement to come back to the Celtics. Smith said Wallace told him that’s the plan, because he wants another shot at the Lakers in the NBA Finals.” SOURCE It's SLAM, so take it for what it's worth. AboveLegit
Probably set out a goal for himself to see how many tech's he can pick up in less than a week with the news rules and all..
The Truth
Pointless.it's the opposite of pointless. we've seen how fragile some of Boston's big men are (Shaq, JO, KG). getting Sheed back would be a huge plus for them. he could play either the four or the five off the bench and provide scoring and rebounding. *Swish*
That would be great to see him back. Especially for the fans and himself but I don't see it necessary for the Celtics. Yea.. it's another 6 fouls to take on a body but he would rarely play and if he wants to play in the NBA again, he should try and join a team that really needs him.. because right now the Celtics already have a lot of experienced and good big men such as Shaq, Kevin Garnett, Jermaine O'neal, Kendrick Perkins who is coming back soon hopefully, and then the rookie who is hard for me to spell his family name lol
Sportsguy9695
Being a knick fan I dont want Boston to get anything to help them win more games
