NomarFachix
http://i40.tinypic.com/2150ohw.png I didn't even make any attempt at the ball (which is crazy to me now), I just watched it land and turned around and started going nuts
Teletopez
That's incredible. I read somewhere that Yankee Stadium was as loud as its ever been after Tino's game-tying blast, but by the sound of it, Brosius' HR the next day seemed to have a louder roar. NomarFachix
lol, I remember being legitimately worried that the stadium was going to collapse after Tino's tying HR. The place was literally shaking.. so awesome. I miss the days when real fans had the tickets to games..
NomarFachix
Now that the Yankees have CC Sabathia locked up long term they’ve turned their attention to re-signing Freddy Garcia, according to agent Peter Greenberg. Greenberg told Mark Hale of the New York Post that “there’s definitely interest on their part and there’s interest on Freddy’s part in coming back.” Garcia provided great value on a one-year, $1.5 million contract that also contained lots of incentives, throwing 147 innings with a 3.62 ERA and 96/45 K/BB ratio at age 34. It was his first sub-4.00 ERA since 2005. http://hardballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/11/01/yankees-interested-in-re-signing-freddy-garcia/

NomarFachix
Hearing that the Yankees may have won the bid for Nakajima as a way to make Darvish more comfortable, as they plan to make a run on him. Much like the Okajima/Matsuzaka situation with the Red Sox from years ago.
