The Regime
He's averaging career low in points (15.1 ppg) and minutes (30.2 mpg). What team signs him this offseason and for what price?

Maybe for the Bulls if they still haven't filled their void at SG by next season. Edited January 24, 2011 by Nitro

Newman
2nd scoring option in a bad team, 3rd scoring option in an average team and 4th scoring option in a really good team at best.
ChosenOne
I can see him going to the Knicks as a fourth scoring option this summer.
The Regime
I can see him going to the Knicks as a fourth scoring option this summer. The fact that Melo might end up going to New York this summer makes that very unlikely. Let's not forget that the Suns and Knicks run really similar offenses. Vince Carter has been super ineffective playing without the ball in Phoenix, what makes you think he'll thrive as a fourth option for the Knicks? *Swish*
I think a team that needs a shooting guard will always benefit from Vince Carter's talent
The Truth
The fact that Melo might end up going to New York this summer makes that very unlikely. true, but if New York trades Fields in a deal for Melo this year, Cater might actually make sense. I'm sure they'll go after guys like Mayo and maybe even McGrady first, but if they don't trade Fields this year, then yeah, no way Carter's going there.
