Marvin Williams-Shawn Williams throwdown

Apparently Horford was irritating Amare after the game by urging the crowd to cheer when he was at the line and then screaming after blocking a Stoudemire shot. This is what Amare had to say:

“I don’t know what Horford’s thinking,” Stoudemire said. “He needs to calm down. He’s not the type of player. He doesn’t want to see me on any night, so he’d better relax and calm down.”

Just throwing it out there for discussions sake.

True... If he wasn't on drugs and someone shoved and pushed him, he'd probably think it was pretty cool.

You're much more likely to be emotional if you're on drugs...

Some people are naturally emotional without drugs, but with drugs they can't control their emotions. Uncontrolled anger is a common side effect from virtually any drug... even weed (which is supposed to make you laugh & happy). Try this (if you smoke weed regularly), stop smoking for 1 week, and see what it does to you.

After reading this I'm praying either one of us grabs the 4 seed and the other gets the 5 or by some miracle either of us get the 3 and the other winds up at the 6

Lol...this has nothing about that. It's called intensity.

I was playing in a game as a Freshman about five years ago...It's a 12 pt game with 25 seconds left. I'm in the backcourt with the PG of the other team during a FT attempt for OUR team. The kid blatantly comes up and shoves me...I'm like wtf? I got right in his face and I was like what the [expletive] is the issue? And he backed up and we were separated by the refs...

But still..these scuffles happen all the time. Some players are naturally more emotional than others...

The fact you're making this a topic about drugs is laughable.

I've smoked once a week for 5 years now, just stop acting like you know what you are talking about, stick to talking about money handling

^I did weed for a year... you're "cool" now because you got your supply in check. Now I know you're a regular user, so try this, when you run out, try going weed-less for 1 week... and see how well you can control your emotions.

It's intensity + side effects of drugs. Everyone knows Shawne is on drugs.

Shawne Williams is a straight thug, and always has been. If this wouldn't have gotten broken up, it would of gotten ugly.

Edit:  @ this becoming about drugs. I bet both players are regular meth users.

This thread has turned into a ridiculous debate about the effects of marijuana.

Ok, yes, marijuana is addictive...at least for some people. Yes, probably not physically addictive, but it certainly is mentally. I know people who can't go a day without smoking, ok? So, yes it's definitely addictive and I'm sick of people saying it isn't. It definitely depends on how often/much you smoke, and who you are as a person. Some get hooked on it for sure.

Now...it isn't impossible to quit or stop. And if you've been smoking everyday for a longggg period of time, then yes, it will certainly effect your mood swings, so MB is right in that sense.

But then again...that has nothing to do with this topic....soo....
