The Regime
Vlade is obviously one of the greatest of all time, but outside of him the first two guys that come to mind are Robert Horry and Manu Ginobli. Hard to really crown one guy though.

AboveLegit
Raja Bellhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNN9ZiH38fs&feature=player_embedded Kirleinko and Ginobili are probably the worst though.
Owner Real Deal Posted January 31, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted January 31, 2011 Laimbeer, Kirilenko, Ginobili and Divac are the top tier floppers in NBA history. Bell, Scola, Stockton, Varejao, Rodman and Fisher are right behind them. I also considered Danny Ainge and Reggie Miller (on offense), and even Wade back in 2006 (offense).

Wade is great at drawing contact and getting to the line much like Miller.

JYD
That third one is yeah that third one with AK was ridiculous. can't believe the ref bought it. but i agree mostly with RD's list. Flopping is a funny part of the game (frustrating if it goes against your team tho lol)

Flopping is a funny part of the game (frustrating if it goes against your team tho lol) It amazes me they tech Dwight Howard for clapping after he commits a foul, and they don't give someone a tech after they make a clear flop. The corrupt NBA at its finest...
Kobe24
They should do it like soccer.. if its an obvious flop then call foul on the guy flopping.
Nitro
Ginobili is the most consistently awful flopper, although AK47 probably has the worst individual flops I've ever seen.
Erick Blasco
Chris Paul has some ridiculously awful flops. He's not even good at it.

Pretty much sums it up in this post, but I do want to add CP3 like some others have said. He flops a lot and totally sucks at it.
