Owner Real Deal Posted February 6, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted February 6, 2011 ...a Wolves' first-rounder? So Minny trades that, and Brewer, for basically Randolph and an expiring?
Dr. Feelgood
Well, Curry's contract is pretty big, so it's a good expiring and they could try to use the money to pick up another PG.
Newman
If Denver won't take Favors, Harris + 4 other players and a few first round picks why would they take this offer?
EastCoastNiner
If Denver won't take Favors, Harris + 4 other players and a few first round picks why would they take this offer? They have no leverage, at all. They tried to be extremely stingy, and it has completely backfired on them. This may be the best offer they will get now. . They don't deserve to. It'd be like the Packers trying to trade Aaron Rodgers(If he had one year left and was going to leave) and originally getting an offer of Jonathan Stewart, Jimmy Clausen(cue the negative value jokes), two 1st round picks, and two second round picks, but denying it because they wanted three 1st round picks. Then, the next best offer they get is Matt Moore, a 3rd round pick, and Brandon LaFell. .

reno
So denver prefers this instead of Deng, Gibson, JJ and #1 pick? uh ok.
Dash
As much posturing as Denver has done, you have to consider this could be another tactic to get Hou, Dal, maybe even NJ involved again. RT @FisolaNYDN: If the Nuggets really waited six months to trade Melo for two back-ups & a first round pick there should be an investigation
Cleveland's Finest
I'd laugh if Melo went to LA....a week ago on First Take Skip Bayless brought it up and Broussard kept telling him there was no way that would happen...and now it's likely to happen.
