Dash
Trade deadline is in two weeks on the 24th. Melo is still a Nugget but will almost certainly be moved before the deadline. Where do you think he will end up? Personally the longer this situation has dragged out the more confident I feel that Carmelo will be in a Rocket jersey soon enough. From recent reports Morey and the front office are scrambling to put together a playoff team and could eventually get desperate enough to meet some of Denver's demands. Don't worry though Knicks fans, he'll be in New York in a couple of months.

Check my Stats
I seriously think the Nuggets are stupid enough to hold onto him.

Dr. Feelgood
Denver. I still think he'll be with Denver in 2 weeks as well.
Owner Real Deal Posted February 9, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted February 9, 2011 He'll be dealt to New York or Los Angeles. I don't see why the Nuggets would keep him at this point...he's obviously sticking his leg out the door and waiting for someone (Mr. Free Agency) to give him the green light. I'd say New Jersey as well, but I was convinced that Mikhail moved on. I'm running with the two teams that are rumored to be talking deals right now. Knicks have the upper hand because they offer various components, Lakers are in the mix because they offer a better player, who is a big (and Denver has been trying to take Favors, or Hill, or any big, for a while now). Check my Stats
You can't really look at this situation from a logical point of view, because if the Nuggets were logical, Melo would already be in either a Knicks or a Nets uniform.
reno
Denver, he will not be traded, MARK MY WORDS. I personally guarantee you he will remain with the nuggets until the upcoming free agency. How can you not have the chicago bulls listed as an option? Got a better chance than both the mavs/rockets combined.. Edited February 9, 2011 by Cutler=Pansy

Owner Real Deal Posted February 9, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted February 9, 2011 You can't really look at this situation from a logical point of view, because if the Nuggets were logical, Melo would already be in either a Knicks or a Nets uniform.I wouldn't assume that. The more you wait, the more teams want to make a move (exception would be the Nets, of course). Back in late October, nobody would've guessed the Lakers would want to add a major piece to the team. Now it's February, and they are talking trades with more than just Denver. In October, Houston fans were hopeful about Yao Ming. Now, they are in another season without their franchise player. Why wouldn't they want Melo now more than ever? Cleveland looked like a decent team for a while, and now they are the worst in the league. They would move mountains and trade anyone for Melo. Dallas recently said they would trade for Melo, despite not having the extension signed. Granted they wouldn't offer much, it's still there. Golden State? Same thing. Not to mention the fact that...maybe Denver still believes they can convince him to stay. They have two weeks. Carmelo could be telling them he wants to see where the Nuggets are before the all-star break. They could have multiple deals on the table. There are a lot of factors that make keeping Melo for this long logical.
kingfish
If the Lakers lose and Bynum doesnt dominate on Thursday, Melo will be a Laker.

Cleveland's Finest
I don't by that he'll stay in Denver...if I was a Nugget fan or in their organization I'd want him gone. It's not logical to keep him for the rest of this year. He'll leave anyways. They aren't going far in the playoffs. With the Cavs, it was different. They were an elite team that had the best record, and a majority of national media outlets had them winning it all. So why would they trade him? The Nuggets see teams like Toronto and Cleveland now...they have to get something for Carmelo...they can't just let him walk. I have him going to New York. If he wants to be the guy, then this is where hell go. I don't see LA parting with Bynum, and the T-Wolves/Knicks deal gives Denver something to work with. Guest N/A
I bet he goes to the Mavs. The Nuggets know he won't re-sign there and it hurts Carmelo financially and the Nuggets get something in return. A win-win for them.

Flash
NY or Denver. I don't see any way they trade him to LA. It'd be the WOAT move by a team since Memphis traded Pau.
