Power Band Wristbands

Same here, I've had the Livestrong band for a couple years now.

Used to have a Livestrong. Anyone remember the Nike rubber bands a few years back? They had them for a few teams, I remember the T-Wolves, Lakers and Nuggets had some. Those were awesome.

I just have a plain office rubber band that I wear on my left wrist.

company that makes them admitted they don't do anything

That's not true, actually.

The company admitted that the bands had no scientific proof that they do anything. Big difference.

I have one, wear it every day. The balance/strength tests work, and I did them over and over, and over, and over again...band on and off. Freaked my ass out.

If it's a mental thing, so be it...but they do SOMETHING. I had no reason to botch the test, and was a skeptic when I first tried it...laughed, criticized, the whole thing. Now I wear it.

I think they do work. I tried to different tests with my brother and they seemed to work as advertised. Not sure if everyone has had the same success or if its just a really good example of the placebo effect.
