The company admitted that the bands had no scientific proof that they do anything. Big difference. I have one, wear it every day. The balance/strength tests work, and I did them over and over, and over, and over again...band on and off. Freaked my ass out. If it's a mental thing, so be it...but they do SOMETHING.
